CRS – Certified Residential Specialist. A CRS is the residential real estate industry’s most advanced “degree.” CRS is the PhD of real estate. It is your assurance that you’re working with one of the top professionals in the business, if your real estate is a CRS. Fewer than 5% of all real estate licenses have received the CRS designation. ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
